Support our 2026 Capital Campaign
Help us build a dedicated Green Room and upgrade all 55 seats - supporting the artists below and the audiences above.
Two transformational projects. One vision.
A dedicated Green Room
A purpose-built space for artists to prepare, warm up, and decompress - something the Fitz has never had in its 29-year history.
A reimagined auditorium
Upgrading our 55 seats to honour the audiences who fill them night after night - and to ensure the experience matches the calibre of work on stage.
This theatre has always punched above its weight - championing new Australian work, launching careers, and connecting thousands of artists and audiences each year.
But behind the scenes, the reality has remained unchanged.
Until now.
Be a part of what comes next - and we’re so grateful to be building it alongside you.
The Old Fitz Theatre is on the register of Cultural Organisations under Subdivision 30-B of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. Old Fitz Theatre is on the ACNC Charity Register.

Make a bigger impact through CLUB 55
Club 55 is the Old Fitz Theatre's brand new intimate and exclusive group of 55 members who are recognised through a dedicated seat in our theatre. This will be represented through calligraphy of the patron’s name (or foundation, person, or business of their choice) on the floor of their seat, which will remain in place while their Club 55 membership is active - which is just one of the many Club 55 membership perks!
