To date, Lucy has developed eight world premiere Australian plays with NGTC - five of which were through the IGNITE Collective - which have played on stages across Perth, Sydney and Darwin. Additionally, she has staged four Australian premieres of top international plays, all of which have played to sold out houses, been critically acclaimed, and received 4.5 and 5 star reviews. Together, these productions have showcased over 100 Australian theatre makers, and have created 30 new stage roles for women performers. In 2023, Lucy’s production of Albion was nominated for five Sydney Theatre Awards, and was the winner of Best Independent Production and Best Direction of an Independent Production.
