    Albert and June’s first meeting does not go to plan. There’s burnt Christmas food, an injured angel, an emotional hangover, and a misunderstanding involving a gravy boat that neither of them will forget in a hurry.

    For most people, that would be that. But every six years, on the 23rd of December, Albert, June, India and Remy find themselves back in each other’s lives - older, not necessarily wiser, and still trying to work out whether time makes relationships stronger or simply gives everyone better excuses.

    Set across eighteen years in Sydney, London and the South Coast of New South Wales, All The More Reason is a sharp, big-hearted Christmas rom-com about friendship, ambition, unfortunate timing and the strange hope that people might yet become their best selves.

    First impressions last. But luckily, so do old friends.

    Note: ticketing for Mainstage productions at the Old Fitz Theatre operate on a Dynamic Pricing model. This system means prices increase in line with audience demand (determined by capacity targets), and ensures we are able to provide cheaper tickets for a period whilst also making sure artists - who are often contracted on a profit share basis - get paid.
